Why should I hire you when I can book online for no fee?

Like any professional advisors, we have expertise, experience and industry partnerships that can help you save time and avoid additional stress. For instance even though you can do your own taxes, you typically hire a professional to file them for you. We can save you hours, not just just in doing research to find you the perfect vacation, but if something goes wrong on your trip, we will go to bat for you — no matter the situation — and do our best to get your vacation back on track.

What do I get for the fees I pay you?

You receive a detailed itinerary from the time you start your vacation to the time you get back home. We confirm flights, transfers, hotels and excursions - saving you several hours of work! All you have to do is get excited for your trip. There are a lot of value-adds that consumers don’t even know about that can be added by us. Ever wonder why the couple in the cabin next to you got champagne and you didn’t? They probably used a travel advisor. We build your private journey around your interests, likes, dislikes, hopes and dreams - even sprinkling a few surprises along the way - with experiences that you didn’t think were possible. We ensure your trip feels like “you” from start to finish with a 5-star quality service to match.

Will you work with me even if it is not a luxury vacation?

Yes, if you appreciate the value we bring through our personal experience as well as extensive training. That means, we do not plan trips where we can offer no value such as a one night hotel-only stay or a trip where all someone needs just a rental car, etc.

Will you always guarantee the lowest price?

The vacations we design for our clients are unique and prepared with each individual client in mind. we believe that our service and expertise makes our value for money hard to beat. The lowest price may not be the best option for our clients. We focus on value - best value for your buck - not low pricing. For instance, a 5 am flight or a hotel with no amenities for children might be the most affordable, but not the best option for a family traveling with young kids.
