Approve your proposal and secure it with a deposit. We confirm all reservations and handle final details 15-30 days before departure, restaurant bookings, spa appointments, and confirmations.

Receive your final itinerary via our app one week before departure. During your trip, we create a dedicated WhatsApp group with you, two Harnal team members, and a trusted local partner for real time support.
